Objective

Build awareness of the touring art exhibition Montreal through a creator campaign that extended beyond an initial influencer event into ongoing local partnerships. Connect the exhibition with relevant Montreal creators and generate sustained social coverage showcasing the experience to new audiences.

My Approach

I built the creator activation around a concentrated event moment, prioritizing locally relevant creators who could help build awareness.

I managed the creator pipeline from research and selection through personalized outreach, recruitment and booking, while coordinating RSVPs and guest-list logistics.

Throughout the activation, I managed creator relationships and deliverable follow-up as a white-label extension of the agency team, keeping the campaign moving from initial outreach through publication.

Campaign Execution

The touring art exhibition Montreal evolved from a concentrated influencer event into a longer-running creator activation, creating opportunities for both an initial burst of social visibility and continued coverage over the following months. I managed the creator relationships behind the campaign, coordinating everything from targeted Montreal outreach and invitations to bookings, attendance, communications, and content follow-up. Rather than treating the launch as a one-off activation, the campaign continued bringing creators through the exhibition, allowing new perspectives and content to appear throughout its run. The initial influencer-event report alone recorded 47 Instagram posts from seven creators, generating approximately 150K+ views and 58,470 in reach. The larger ongoing campaign ultimately tracked 40+ creators and 300+ posts, with approximately 1M+ views, 423,650 in reach. This campaign is a strong example of the white-label support I provide agencies that need someone to manage both concentrated influencer activations and the ongoing creator relationships required to keep a campaign moving after launch.

Results

The activation mobilized 40+ creators to produce 300+ pieces of content, generating 1M+ views and 400K+ reach.

What began as a focused influencer event developed into an ongoing Montreal creator program. The initial event generated 47 Instagram posts from seven creators, with approximately 150K+ views. Across the broader ongoing activation, the campaign tracked 40+ creators and 300+ pieces of content, generating approximately 1M+ views, with an estimated. The extended campaign format allowed creator coverage to continue well beyond the initial event, demonstrating how ongoing outreach and relationship management can keep an experiential campaign visible over a longer period.

Content delivered: Coordinated creator coverage throughout the launch and ongoing phases of the touring art exhibition Montreal, generating a sustained stream of social content centred on the exhibition’s LEGO®-based artwork, installations, and visitor experience. The campaign included an initial influencer event followed by continued creator visits and content throughout the exhibition’s run. My responsibilities covered creator recruitment, invitation and attendance coordination, campaign communications, and deliverable follow-up rather than production of the creators’ content.
