Objective

Generate local awareness and social visibility for the immersive art exhibition in Tampa by inviting relevant creators to experience the exhibition and share it with their audiences through visually engaging social content.

My Approach

I built the creator activation around a concentrated event moment, using creator selection and outreach to build awareness through event-led social content.

I managed the creator pipeline from research and selection through personalized outreach, recruitment and booking, while coordinating RSVPs and guest-list logistics, content expectations and deliverables.

Throughout the activation, I managed creator relationships and deliverable follow-up as a white-label extension of the agency team, keeping the campaign moving from initial outreach through publication.

Campaign Execution

The immersive art exhibition Tampa used the highly visual nature of the immersive exhibition to create a social-first influencer activation built around firsthand creator experiences. I managed the creator partnerships behind the campaign, coordinating Tampa-area talent through outreach, invitations, attendance, communications, and post-event content follow-up.

Results

The activation mobilized 10+ creators to produce 70+ pieces of content, generating 250K+ views and 3K+ engagements.

The activation generated 250K+ views and an estimated from 15 participating creators. TikTok was particularly effective despite representing only seven posts, accounting for 30K+ views and 2K+ engagements, while Instagram generated 200K+ views across 60+ posts.

Content delivered: Coordinated 70+ creator posts across Instagram and TikTok, including Reels, Stories, carousel content, and TikTok videos. Creator coverage showcased the exhibition's immersive projections, the immersive art exhibition-inspired environments, photo opportunities, and the overall visitor experience, translating an in-person event into highly visual social content.
