Immersive Family Exhibition — Montreal Creator Activation
Objective
Build awareness of the immersive family exhibition among Montreal audiences by connecting the immersive dinosaur experience with local creators who could showcase it as a family-friendly activity and city discovery through authentic social content.
My Approach
I built the creator activation around a concentrated event moment, prioritizing locally relevant creators who could help build awareness through event-led social content.
I managed the creator pipeline from research and selection through personalized outreach, recruitment and booking, while coordinating RSVPs and guest-list logistics, content expectations and deliverables.
Throughout the activation, I managed creator relationships and deliverable follow-up as a white-label extension of the agency team, keeping the campaign moving from initial outreach through publication.
Campaign Execution
The immersive family exhibition Montreal offered a natural opportunity to reach families and local experience-seekers through creators already trusted for recommendations on what to do in the city. The campaign brought Montreal creators into the immersive dinosaur experience and encouraged them to translate their visits into content for their own communities. Rather than relying on a single content format, coverage included short-form video, Stories, carousels, and TikTok content, giving audiences multiple ways to discover the attraction. I managed the creator relationships behind the activation — identifying relevant talent, conducting outreach, coordinating visits and communications, and keeping deliverables moving after attendance. The result was a substantial volume of locally relevant content, with 30+ creators producing 100+ posts and generating more than 450K+ views during the reporting period.
Results
The activation mobilized 30+ creators to produce 100+ pieces of content, generating 450K+ views and 4K+ engagements.
The campaign activated 30+ creators who collectively produced 100+ posts, generating approximately 450K+ views, with an estimated. Instagram accounted for the majority of campaign activity, while TikTok extended the activation into short-form video. The campaign demonstrates how targeted local creator coordination can turn an experiential attraction into an ongoing stream of family, lifestyle, and city-discovery content.
