Objective

Generate awareness around the Houston premiere of the global live entertainment production through a large-scale local creator activation, supported by a targeted paid partnership program producing high-quality market-specific and evergreen content for continued organic promotion and paid social usage.

My Approach

I built the creator activation around a concentrated event moment, prioritizing locally relevant creators who could help build awareness before the event and extend the conversation through experiential content afterward.

I managed the creator pipeline from research and selection through personalized outreach, recruitment and booking, while coordinating RSVPs and guest-list logistics, content expectations and deliverables, along with creator-specific tracking links, paid creator negotiations and partnership coordination.

Throughout the activation, I managed creator relationships and deliverable follow-up as a white-label extension of the agency team, keeping the campaign moving from initial outreach through publication.

Campaign Execution

The global live entertainment production Houston combined a high-volume premiere activation with a more targeted paid creator strategy. The premiere invited notable Houston creators to attend the February 6 opening and share their experience through pre-event branded Stories followed by Instagram Stories, Reels, in-feed content and/or TikTok. Custom UTM links connected creator coverage directly to the show's ticketing page. Alongside the premiere, five creators were selected for paid partnerships focused on producing high-quality content that could support both Houston-specific promotion and evergreen the live entertainment production marketing as the show toured. The paid program had an $8,200 budget, with $6,115 spent, and the report states that spend generated more than $20,600 in organic social media value, excluding additional value from paid ad usage.

Results

The activation mobilized 30+ creators to produce 200+ pieces of content, generating 1M+ views and 6K+ engagements.

The premiere generated 1M+ views across 200+ pieces of creator content from 30+ creators. The additional paid partnership program activated five selected creators. Its report tracks 700K+ views across 20+ posts, while the campaign summary notes that $6,115 in creator spend generated more than $20.6K in organic social media value, before accounting for additional paid-ad usage value.

Content delivered: The campaign also included five paid creator partnerships producing curated market-specific and evergreen the live entertainment production content intended for organic promotion and social advertising.
